Food is fuel.
You need it to survive. You can’t live without it.
You’ll muscle waste if you don’t get proper nutrition.
What will happen when you reach your GW or UGW and then start eating again?
You need to feed your metabolism, you need to fuel new muscle throughout healthy weight loss.
I’m not a dietitian but it really isn’t...

Today's foodlog
Breakfast - 2 x pieces of wholemeal, seeded toast with marmite and low-fat flora spread.
Lunch - Mixed lettuce, baby tomatoes, 2 small spring onions (chopped), 2 slices of parma ham, 2slices of pepperoni, dash of olive oil & balsamic vinegar.
Dinner - Small bowl of tomato & basil soup.
Snacks - Bowl of raspberries/blueberries, banana.
Gonna head to the gym tonight and do 50 mins...

Ive decided
Im going to stop counting calories and just focus on eating 3 healthy meals a day (plus 2 healthy snacks), drinking lots of water & green tea, and no bad shit. Gonna wake up and hit the gym tomorrow morning despite the awful blisters on my feet and FINISH the 30 day shred.
